Before you start: confirm the entry point

This process moves between the marketing site, user panel, and client. Use the marketing site to review service details and plans; the user panel handles your account, orders, subscription, and client downloads; the actual route connection takes place in the client on your device. If a login screen appears after navigation, sign in with the username and password you just set up. There is no need to create another account.

Complete the account and order steps in a browser on your primary device before opening the corresponding client. This avoids passing the subscription link between devices repeatedly. Treat the subscription link as the entry point to your account’s route configuration: keep it only on your own devices and in your own clients, and never post it on public websites, chat groups, or screenshots. The example address in this guide is for format recognition only and is not a real, connectable subscription.

If you already have an active plan, skip to “Get subscription.” If you have imported a subscription before but no routes appear in the client, first confirm the plan status in the user panel, then update the subscription again. For more complex account, network, and tool compatibility issues, visit the Help Center. To understand AI service region detection, long-lived connections, and developer tool configuration, read the AI Acceleration Guide.

Create an account: set a username and password

Open the account creation page, enter a username you plan to use long term, and set a password. VHVPN does not require an email address, so check the username spelling and password before submitting. Use the username to sign in to the user panel later; the password protects your order and subscription access. Storing it in a trusted password manager is recommended.

After submission succeeds, the page will open the user panel or ask you to sign in with the new account. Confirm that the username shown in the header or account area is the one you just created before choosing a plan. If the page remains on the input form, check whether the username is already taken and whether both password entries match, then follow the on-screen instructions. Do not create multiple accounts in succession, or your orders and subscriptions may be split across accounts and become harder to troubleshoot.

If you already have an account, skip this step and use the login entry at the top of the page to access it. Plans, data, and subscription links are shown for the signed-in account; use that same account when configuring another device. VHVPN supports unlimited simultaneous devices, so your regular devices can share an active subscription under one account. Keep the subscription link in the account holder’s care.

Choose a plan and place your order

Open the Plans section in the user panel and decide whether a monthly subscription or data package better suits your usage. Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB; data resets monthly from the activation date. For regular browsing, Streaming, or AI Tools use, choose based on your typical daily usage. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days.

For less predictable usage, consider the permanent data packages: ¥158 for 300GB, ¥358 for 1000GB, and ¥658 for 3000GB, valid until used. Monthly subscriptions and data packages are measured differently, so review the plan name and data details before ordering. The plan details page compares each option; if you are unsure, return to Plan details and compare them before completing the order in the user panel.

After confirming the plan, select Alipay, WeChat, or USDT on the order page and complete payment according to the status shown. Do not submit the same order again after payment; return to the account overview first and check whether the plan is active. Once the order status updates, the account area will show available subscription and data details, indicating that you can continue. VHVPN offers a 7-day no-questions-asked refund; see the Refund Policy for eligibility and handling rules.

If payment is complete but no active plan appears in the panel yet, refresh the account overview and check that the signed-in username is correct. Keep the order details shown in the panel and submit order-related issues through the support ticket entry. Do not create another account or place the same order repeatedly.

Get the subscription link from the user panel

After the plan becomes active, open the account overview and find the subscription or configuration area. It usually provides options to copy the subscription, import it into a client, or view usage instructions. After you click Copy, the subscription address assigned to your account will be placed on the system clipboard. Do not open it in the browser address bar; paste it into the client’s subscription import field instead.

A subscription address may look like the example below, but the real content is generated by the user panel and differs for every account. The domain and token in the example are fictitious and cannot be used to connect:

https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN

After copying, keep the user panel open while switching to the client. If the client reports an invalid link format, return to the panel and click Copy again to avoid missing characters at either end. Do not add spaces, quotation marks, or line breaks, and do not mistake text displayed on the webpage for the subscription itself. Never send a real subscription link to untrusted apps or store it publicly.

When a plan is upgraded, the route list is updated, or the client has not been used for a long time, you usually do not need to copy the subscription again; just choose “Update subscription” in the client. If the panel explicitly generates a new subscription entry, use the current content shown in the account overview. If the subscription is empty, the plan status is abnormal, or the Copy button is unavailable, check the Help Center first. Do not construct the address yourself.

Import the subscription on each platform

Start from the client section in the user panel and open the entry for your platform. Clients and subscriptions are provided through the user panel; this guide does not provide static installer URLs. When you first open the installed client, the system may request permission to configure the network. This is a required system step for the client to manage the selected connection, so confirm it according to your device’s prompts. Then find subscription management, paste the address copied in the previous section, and import or update it.

WIN

Windows

On Windows, use the desktop client provided in the user panel. After opening it, find subscription management in the sidebar or configuration menu, choose Add from URL, and paste the complete subscription link into the address field. Save it, click Update, and wait for route names to appear in the configuration list before selecting one. If the client provides a system proxy switch, enable it when connecting and disable it when finished if needed, so your browser does not continue using a stopped local proxy.

MAC

macOS

On macOS, use the desktop client entry in the user panel as well. After installing and opening it, access subscription management from the main window, menu bar icon, or configuration page. Choose Add remote configuration or Import from URL, paste the subscription, and confirm the update. The first connection may trigger a network configuration permission prompt; confirm it, then return to the client and choose a route. If the menu bar says connected but webpages do not change, check whether the client has enabled the system proxy.

AND

Android

On Android, use a compatible mobile client listed in the user panel. Open the client’s configuration or subscription page, tap Add, and choose Import from link. Paste the subscription, save and update it, and wait for the route list to appear. When starting the connection, Android will display a system network connection request; after confirmation, the client should show Connected. Some systems restrict background activity. If the connection often drops after the screen locks, check the app’s background policy as described in the Help Center.

IOS

iOS

On iOS, open the user panel for instructions and the compatible client, then choose Add subscription or Import from URL inside the client. Paste the link, update it, select a route, and start the connection. The first activation may request permission to add a network configuration; after confirmation, the status bar or client page will show the connection status. To switch routes later, use the client rather than importing again. Refresh the subscription only when the route list has not updated.

Linux users can also find the relevant entry and configuration instructions in the user panel, but combinations of command-line tools, desktop environments, and proxy variables vary widely and are outside this lightweight process. For terminal, IDE plugin, or development environment use, see the AI Acceleration Guide for configuration boundaries.

Connect to a route and verify it works

After importing the subscription, choose a region that matches your current use. For everyday browsing, start with a geographically closer route with a more direct response. For Streaming, choose the region associated with the content service. When using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Midjourney, or Cursor, consider the account region and service availability and choose a stable route. For more detailed criteria, see the Route list and the in-depth guides.

Click the client’s connection switch and wait until the status clearly shows Connected. Then open your browser and visit the target service that requires an international route. A page that loads normally, a stable sign-in session, and continuous content delivery indicate that the basic connection is working. For streaming output or video playback, continue observing actual use for a while; opening only the homepage does not prove that long-lived connections are stable.

During verification, do not run multiple similar clients that modify the system proxy or network configuration, or they may overwrite one another’s connection state. If the browser has a separate proxy extension, make sure it is not pointing to another configuration. After checking, return to the client and confirm the selected route name so its region matches your expectations. Reload the target page after switching routes to ensure it uses the new connection path.

If a website still shows content for the original region, fully close the page, switch routes, and open it again. The account’s saved region, browser cache, and website session may also affect what is displayed, so repeatedly clicking Connect may not resolve it. For AI account sign-ins, API calls, interrupted streaming, or regional risk controls, follow the scenario-based process in the AI Acceleration Guide.

Shortest path for common issues

If the client has no routes, first confirm that the plan in the account overview is still active, then return to subscription management and update it. If the update fails, copy the subscription link again from the user panel, delete the incorrect old address in the client, and import it again. Do not edit the link directly, and do not mistake a webpage URL, plan page URL, or example address for the subscription.

If the client shows Connected but webpages will not open, switch to another route and reconnect, then confirm that the system proxy or network configuration is enabled. If the issue continues, quit other similar clients and proxy extensions, then restart the current client. If only one service is inaccessible while other websites work, the issue is more likely related to region selection, the account session, or the target service’s rules. Choose a route for that scenario and reload the page.

If a mobile device loses its connection after switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data, stop the current connection in the client and start it again. If a desktop route stops working after waking from sleep, use the same sequence. Repeatedly importing the subscription is usually unnecessary; update it, switch routes, and reconnect first to avoid confusion from duplicate configuration.

If basic troubleshooting does not resolve the issue, review the connection and troubleshooting categories in the Help Center, or submit a ticket through the user panel. Include your platform, the status shown in the client, the selected route region, and the steps already completed, but never show the full subscription link in public content or screenshots. The basic chain between account, plan, subscription, client, and route is now complete; for everyday use, switch routes as needed and update the subscription regularly.
